The Guernsey County District Public Library offers free WiFi at all three branches during regular business hours.
No user name or password is necessary to access the network.

The wireless internet connection is NOT SECURE. It may be possible for someone else to see the information that is sent via WiFi. Discretion is advised.
Photocopy and print services are available. Black and white copies cost .25 cents per side. Color copies cost .50 cents per side.
Fax service is also available and costs $2.00 to send or receive up to five pages. Additional pages cost .25 cents each.
Golden Buckeye Card applications are available at any of our three locations. State of Ohio restrictions and guidelines will apply. A circulation clerk will assist applicants with submission of the completed form.
The Library serves as a pick-up point for digital Talking Book machines. This statewide program is administered through the Cleveland Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped. Qualified applicants receive copies of books and magazines in an audio format via U.S. mail delivery. For more information, contact Shirley Ford at the Main Branch at 740-432-5946.
