Story Time Information
"Little Listeners", for children 2 1/2 to 5 Years of age, will begin on March 2nd and will run through April 29th. The 60 minute programs are held at the Crossroads Branch on Monday evenings from 6:30 to 7:30pm and on Wednesday mornings from 9:30 to 10:30am, and from 11:00am to 12:00pm. "Little Listeners" offers stories, songs, crafts and puppet friends while incorporating a variety of early literacy skills.
Baby Times are held on Thursdays at the Crossroads Branch from 10:00 to 10:30pm. The programs, designed to encourage the development of learning skills, are filled with simple stories, nursery rhymes, knee bouncing learning games and finger plays. Baby Time begins on March 5th.
A bi-weekly After School Program is offered to students in kindergarten through 5th grade at the Crossroads Branch from 4:00 to 5:00pm every other Friday and will begin on March 6th . Children can look forward to books, crafts, and games.
All of the programs are open to local children without charge and registration is required.
